Tropical Mango Tacos Kit

This pack includes:

• 1 x El Cielo - Tortillas - Light Flavour White Corn 14cm 10Pack
• 1 x Ki Gourmet Huapango - Mango and Three Chilies Salsa 420g
• 1 x El Cielo - Natural Green Habanero Sauce 150ml
• 1 x El Cielo - Jalapenos Slices 220g
• 1 x El Mexicano Whole Black Beans 425g

Recipe

Coconut Crusted Fish or Prawn:

• 3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 2 eggs
• 4 fillets of white fish of choice or 4 prawns

Mango Salsa:

• 200gr Ki Gourmet Huapango - Mango mixed with El Cielo - Natural Green Habanero Sauce 
• 1/2 small red onion, diced
• 1 small bunch coriander leaves, chopped finely
• Juice of 1 lime

Simple Slaw:

• Half a red cabbage chopped finely 
• 1 Carrot grated 
• Small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped finely

To serve:

• 8 El Cielo - Tortillas - Light Flavour White Corn 14cm
• 1 small avocado
• Fresh chilli
• Limes
• Extra coriander
